1. About ATFIA Awards

The ATFIA Australian Talents – Film & International Awards is a prestigious platform established to recognize, celebrate, and honor talented artists and performers from across the world.

2. Authenticity of Information

Applicants must ensure that all information, documents, and materials submitted during the application process are genuine, accurate, and valid. Submission of false information, forged documents, or misleading details is strictly prohibited.

3. Fraudulent Activities

If ATFIA identifies any fraudulent activity, fake documentation, or false information at any stage of the process — including after selection or award distribution — ATFIA reserves the full right to revoke the award, title, certificate, trophy, or recognition without notice. ATFIA may also publicly disclose such violations through official platforms.

4. Reputation & Integrity

Participants and associated individuals must maintain the dignity, integrity, and reputation of ATFIA Awards at all times. Any attempt to damage, misuse, disrespect, or defame the organization, trophies, medals, or brand reputation may result in strict disciplinary or legal action.

5. Defamation Policy

No participant, performer, attendee, nominee, or associated individual shall spread false information, defamatory content, or misleading statements regarding ATFIA Awards or its management. Violations may lead to immediate disqualification and further legal action if required.

6. Final Authority

All decisions made by ATFIA regarding nominations, selections, awards, judging, scheduling, and event management shall be final and binding. No disputes or objections will be entertained.

7. Media & Publication Rights

ATFIA reserves the right to record, photograph, publish, promote, and distribute videos, images, and event-related content featuring participants and performers across social media platforms, websites, digital promotions, and other official media channels.

8. Participant Responsibilities

All participants, performers, attendees, and associated individuals are expected to maintain professional conduct and follow all ATFIA rules and regulations.

• Punctuality must be strictly maintained.
• Individuals are responsible for their own luggage and personal belongings.
• Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.
• ATFIA shall not be held responsible for theft, injury, accidents, loss, or damages occurring during the event.

9. Refund Policy

All application fees, registration charges, booking amounts, and ticket payments are strictly non-refundable unless the cancellation is caused directly by ATFIA management.

10. Code of Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited during the event:

• Harassment, including sexual harassment
• Physical or verbal abuse
• Discrimination of any form
• Use of offensive language or inappropriate behavior
• Unsafe, violent, or disruptive conduct
• Intoxication or overconsumption of alcohol

Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate removal from the event, cancellation of participation, and severe disciplinary action.
